20 / 200 l Barrel Pump

2KM's 20 respectively 200 litre barrel pumps are especially suitable for the continuous pumping of high viscosity media such as adhesives, sealants and mastics. By means of manual guns, metering valves or extrusion valves the medium is pumped directly from the original 20, respectively 200 litre parent container to the point of application.

 

Given the screwed connection of the barrel follower plate with the pump, a fast disassembly, e.g. when retrofitting from 20 to 200 litre follower plate or other barrel sizes, is possible. Replacement of the air motor is just as simple; one may chose among a 160, 200 or 250 mm air motor.

 

2KM have paid special attention to the range of chop check pumps with the emphasis on both robustness and ease of servicing. All pumps are equipped with external non-return valves, thus considerably decreasing the time needed for maintenance, since it is no longer necessary to disassemble the complete pump. An additional de-aeration valve at the pump assures an easy restart after maintenance works.

 

Metering pumps may be obtained ranging from 60 - 160 cm³ per cycle, when combined with various air motors and ram drive systems, various specific applications can also be accomodated.

 

Optional extras include 2-hands safety system and a low level material warning system. Alternatively to the standard extrusion gun, we offer our 'Ultra Lite' extrusion gun weighing 620 g only
