The heating capacity of the water-heated pump enables a processing of most 1 component lamination glues directly at environmental temperature, WITHOUT, thus saving both the costs and extra time needed to pre-heat the barrel. An optional water-heated heating coil in the suction area of the pump as well as an electrically heated flowthrough heater enables material temperatures of up to 95 °C. The pneumatic pump lever, equipped with rolls and a barrel empty report function guarantees an easy handling.
