PGM Silicone
The mixing blocks are basically designed without clearance volume in order to avoid material pectization. Moreover, the mixer path consists of so-called disposable mixers which may be replaced at very low costs. All mixing blocks are made of special stainless steel and equipped with according inlet valves. Material outlet hose and filling level control at the coater. The filling level control prevents overfilling of the coater and controls the material quantity up to a continuous flow of the complete unit.
