PowerSpray 2051 Compact Unit

For hot injection of 2 component thick-layer systems the basic PowerSpray 2051 compact machine is equipped with the respective components to be able to inject materials at a temperature of 70 °C.

 

Downdraft Heater

For pre-heating of the components at the suction device downdraft heaters with a capacity of 6.5 kW are applied. The temperature may be continuously adjusted up to 100 °C.

 

High-Pressure Heaters

A certain processing temperature is set by the material manufacturer, to make sure that the material will flow smoothly, respectively be injected without problems. For these cases of application, the A and B components are equipped with high-pressure heaters which may be adjusted, just like the downdraft heaters, up to 100 °C.

 

Hose Packages / Hose Heating

Especially in case of materials with short potlife time, the mixing process is carried out as closely as possible to the outlet nozzle, respectively the coating device. In case of greater distances between the metering system and the coating unit, heated hose packages are used to overcome these distances. These hoses may be supplied with length of up to 100 m. For these cases of application, the A and B components are equipped with high-pressure heaters which may be adjusted, just like the downdraft heaters, up to 100 °C.
