PowerSpray 4060 High Capacity Unit
For some time already, the product line PowerSpray including the types 2051, 4050 and 4060, has been used in the field of heavy corrosion protection. The machines whose most significant features are both solidity and reliability may be found anywhere on any type of construction site.
System Description
The powerful hydraulic actuation remains reliable even in case of very unfavourable conditions. Icing of the air motors, etc. which often leads to the production process being interrupted, is no problem for the PowerSpray®. Given the powerful heating aggregates (11 kW) such as downdraft heaters, high-pressure heaters and hose package heating, the material is heated to a high temperature which is then kept in a certain range, even in case of low environmental temperatures.
In case of both systems, the metering pumps are mechanically coupled, i.e. even in case of rather high capacities no wear is caused to the lever systems. When it comes to the PowerSpray, the metering pumps do not jam, as they are positioned centrally above each other.
Output Capacity
With an output capacity of 10 l / min., a heating capacity of up to 33 kW and hose packages with a length of up to 100 m, the PowerSpray has certainly set new measures in the sector of hot injection. Thanks to this capacity which has not yet been equalled by any other system, even large applications may be effected in short time.
Automatic Feeding
In order to be able to supply the machine with sufficient material, we offer automatic feeding systems. These systems may e.g. consist of 200 litre barrel presses. Filling level control and automatic commutation of the feeding system guarantee a continuous injection operation.
